Palm Oil - King of all Oils

There has been off late a lot of talks around palm oil and effects it has post daily usage.
The news to many would be to know that Palm oil has been with us since the origin of mankind.
Many generations and cultures found many different ways to utilise palm oil. History tells us the use of Palm oil has been wide and all over the world.

Palm oil face a stiff competition in terms of use and acceptability. To palm oil its most competitive counterpart is Coconut oil.
Palm oil have all traits like coconut oil and finds it use as cooking oil and also have  lots of nutritional value too.
It's good on the stomach too as it does not convert into fats as fast as other oils and hence does not make us Fat like other oils do.

All this is possible because palm oil do not raise our cholesterol level and also is good because it does not have Tran’s fats. Sometimes not having things is also good. No cholesterol and Trans fats means healthy heart and body.
Now this is really something everyone wants, don’t we?!

Also production of palm oil is super easy and convenient, both on environment and pocket. Due to high demand and low usage of fertilizers to grow the plant it becomes a natural choice for farmers.
Isn't it a no brainer that to cater to needs of future generations our gradual dependence on other oils is only going to reduce?

Palm oil isn't only restricted to cooking healthy dishes because of its tasteless nature. It is used in various industries commercially like FMCG industry, cosmetics industry, as a cleaning agent and what not.

Grown in tropical areas, palm oil is also more competitive in terms of price compared to other oils.
Now the thing that's also astonishing is that palm oil accounts for almost 50% of the total amount of total vegetable oil. It is possible only because palm plantation yield is highest in the category of vegetable oil cultivation. Now it surely helps in food security doesn't it?
Even with all these traits palm oil has found enemies.
We seldom find palm oil promoted as much as it peers and a large part of the world still is not using palm oil.
But slowly the word is spreading. The strengths and uses of palm oil is reaching millions all around the world.
Slowly palm oil is being adopted in our consumption needs and other oils are facing competition.
I have moved to healthiest and most economical choice of oil in the market for all my needs, Palm Oil. So can you.

Delhi college of Art || Grand Art Event

A grand retrospective show was organized at Delhi Collage of Art where the audience got an opportunity to witness the memorable journey of its founder-principal Ashwani Kumar Prithviwasi. On his path, Mr Ashwani came across a lot of struggles but he also cherished moments of success. While talking about his journey Ashwani said, in 1996 there were only five institutes of fine arts, two government, two semi government and one private. At that time many people who wished to learn arts didn't get an opportunity to pursue their interests. Some were occupied in jobs while others had age limitations. At that time on 17th August 1996 a new institute was launched with the initial name of Ashu Rangshala with just a single student in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Gradually the numbers started increasing. Mr Ashwani did a lot of efforts to make people aware of the immense possibilities in fine arts. In 2001 this institute transformed in to a professional one. Regular courses were prepared and admission dates were finalized. Afterwards, academic calendar for activities like Annual event, tours of art galleries, interaction with renowned artists, visit to their studios and outdoor classes, all became a part of the curriculum.
Mr Ashwani told that he didn't consider the age of his students at the time of enrolment and maximum knowledge was imparted in the initial year of the course.12th pass students could join any of his courses. For working people, all classes used to be organised on Sundays which was quite different from other institutes. Mr Ashwani himself had been enrolled for Art courses for 12 years and had garnered a vast experience. He started studying formal courses from 1990. His journey started after doing BFA course from College Of Art.

The alumni of this institute are doing well these days. 7000 students have passed out from here till date which includes people from forty countries. Some are running their own art institutes while some others are freelance artists. As of now, Delhi Collage of Art has many branches. This institute got its present name in 2001 which is inspired from the collage of Picasso. This institute gives equal opportunity to well off as well as poor students. Almost 100 poor students have been taught free over here and they are doing well today.

This has happened for the first time In India that a private institute organised a foreign tour for its students. Almost forty students were sent to Paris and they got to see the beauty of Monalisa. Students also got opportunity to visit Rome and Milan in Italy for better exposure. This is an annual affair. Annual Tours to biggest museums of the country also started which include tour of Rajasthan, Ajanta Ellora, Khajuraho and Sanchi Stupa. Most of the art exhibitions of this institute are organised in Lalit Kala Academy. Annual fest are organised at FICCI, Sai and Kamani auditorium. For the first time in history, this institute has awarded BC Sanyal Award and Lifetime achievement award to renowned artists like M. F. Hussain, Krishna Khanna, Manjeet Bawa, Ram Sutar, Jatin Das, Anjolie Ela Menon, Anupam Sood and Niren Sen. This institute has felicitated sixty artists. No other institute had been able to achieve this feat. Ashwani hiself is a renowned artist. In 1999 an exhibition of Ashwani’s mirror paintings was organised in Gurgaon. It was the first time in the history that mirror paintings were exhibited

Cooking is one of the most important activity we do everyday mindlessly to feed us. One of the most important ingredient no matter which meal we cook is Oil. Olive oil, Mustard oil, Sunflower oil, sesame oil all are the very common names of oil we see at at homes or at resturarest we eat. The one unsung hero out of this list is the Palm Oil.

The wide array of benifits that ride with usege of this oil is far beyond anyone's knowledge. Companies like Nestle, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s in food space  & Reckitt Benckiser, P & G, Colgate Palmolive etc. for cosmetics like soap, shampoos & toothpaste has been using Palm oil from a long time.

Dr Bhavna Shah

All work and no play makesmjack a dull boy. People at the organising team indetified it and kept pretty interesting activities for us. We headed into a treasure chase in which the first stop was Pandeypaan. Here we tasted the paan consisted of nuts which were fried in Palm Oil. Our next location was Mybar headquarters, where we h made an innovative plate of mixed greens by means of picking 5 ingredients utilizing palm oil as primary with vegetables and Spices.
At Punjaby Nature, where we solved aptitude regarding Palm Oil. After this, we headed for the beginning spot i.e. Ardor2.1.  Here we did blindfold food tasting in which one of the main ingredients was Palm Oil
The session was a great learning place & it really cleared out various misleading information against the usage of Palm Oil.

teenager and more comfortable than they used to be in past.

Ceramic Braces - Ceramic braces are made of clear materials and are therefore less visible on your teeth than metal braces. For this reason, ceramic braces are used mainly on older teenagers and adult patients who have cosmetic concerns.

Lingual Braces - They are similar to the Traditional Braces with a difference that they are placed on the
inside of the teeth making them invisible.

Bhilwara Sur Sangam 2018 || Musical Retreat

The Bhilwara Sur Sangam, of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, has become one of the most sought after yearly music festivals of the Capital. This edition of two day-day musical fest was dedicated to the promotion of Indian classical music traditions. Various eminent artists of the country graced the event by their presence.

Padma Shri awardee, Pandit Venkatesh Kumar, once again mesmerised the audience with his soulful voice . Accompanied on flute by Pandit Ajay Shankar Prasanna , and with support by some of his best disciples was one night to remember. His voice really brought the Kamani Auditorium to life.
Sitar
Superb performance by Ustad Shujaat Hussain Khan was perhaps the highpoint of day two of the two day event organised by Bhilwara Group. The sonorous sitar recital was followed with performance by Shri Abhishek Borkar. Shri Abhishek Borkar was, in fact, equally enthralling on sarod as well.

The very first stroke on the sarod captured the sensibility of the discerning audience.
This year the Sur Sangam was dedicatd to Ganasarswati Kishori Amonkar.
Bhilwara Sur Sangam has been spreading the rich heritage of Indian classical music traditions. It is indeed heartening that many legendary artists of diverse genres have performed on this platform.
I feel privileged to be part of an event of such magnitude and to be able too see such quality musical talents of our country performing in front of my eyes.

I feel proud that Bhilwara group is year after year conducting such events that bring us closer to our roots.

Things Essential In Our Life To Be Successful

1. They are ambitious.

They see themselves capable of being the best. They see themselves with the capacity of being really good at what they do.
This was a really big thought for me. It held me back for many years. When I saw people who were doing better than I was, I naturally assumed they were better than I was. And if they were better than I was, then I must be worse than them. So that would mean they were superior and I was inferior.

That’s a big problem in our society—we have feelings of inferiority, and these feelings of inferiority are often translated into feelings of undeservedness. The word “deserve” comes from two Latin words meaning “from service.” You deserve 100 percent of everything you make and enjoy as long as you get it from serving other people. If you serve better and serve more and serve at a higher level and serve more enthusiastically and serve a higher quality, then you’ll have a wonderful income—and you’ll deserve every penny of it.
You just must see yourself capable of being the best.

2. They are courageous.

Successful people work to confront the fears that hold most people back. The two biggest enemies to our success are fear and doubt.
When you do something repeatedly, you develop a habit. Make a habit throughout your life of doing the things that scare you. If you do the thing you fear, the death of fear is certain.
So face your fear. The ability to confront your fear is the mark of the superior person. If you have high ambition and you decide to be at the top, and you can confront your fears and do the things that are holding you back, those two things alone will make you a great success.

3. They are committed.

The top people in every field are completely committed. They believe in themselves; they believe in their companies; they believe in their products and services; they believe in their customers. They have an intense belief.
We know that there is a one-to-one relationship between the depth of your belief and what happens in your reality. And if you absolutely believe in the rightness and the goodness of what you’re doing, you become like a catalyst. You create what is called a transfer, like an electrical transfer of enthusiasm.
People who are not committed to what they do lead very empty lives. Caring is a critical element in life—all men and women who enjoy great lives care about what they do. They have passion about what they do. They love what they do.

4. They are prepared.

Successful people review every detail in advance. They do things that the average person is not willing to do. They make sacrifices the average person is not willing to make. But the difference it makes is extraordinary.
Before you go into a meeting, do your homework. Before you give a speech, research the information and practice your talking points. Dive in deep to review every detail of every situation before you take it on.
Successful people are more concerned about pleasing results than they are about pleasing methods. There is nothing more complimentary to your team, your client, your audience than the feeling that you have thoughtfully prepared.

5. They are continuous learners.

High achievers recognize that if they’re not continually getting better, they’re getting worse. They read, they listen to CDs and they take additional training. The professional never stops learning. So read, listen to CDs and take continuous training.
Never stop learning.

6. They are responsible.

The top people in our society have an attitude of self-employment. That’s essential, because 100 percent of us are self-employed—we are presidents of our own personal services corporation. You work for yourself, and the biggest mistake we can ever make is to think we work for anyone else. The person who signs our paycheck may change, our jobs may change, but we are always the same. We are the one constant.
The fact of the matter is that this is not optional—it is mandatory. You’re the president of your own career, your own life, your own finances, your own body, your own family, your own health. You are totally responsible.
We have to be responsible. No one will ever do it for us. It’s the most liberating and exhilarating thought of all, to think, to realize, that you’re the president of your own life.

10 Signs You're Dating A Woman, Not A Girl

1) Skin-showing vs. self-knowing

girls-want-attention-women-want-respect
Girls love to dress in revealing clothes, being the attention seekers they are, just because they think it is ‘oh so sexy’ but women know it’s not. A woman understands her worth and is so confident in her skin that she knows she’ll rock whatever she wears.

2) Fantasy vs. reality

bae3
Girls live in their own twisty little fantasy world wherein they expect their guy to know how they feel without them having to lift an eyebrow. Reality check girls-men cannot read minds! Women live in the real world and often make use of an interesting thing to express their feelings. Know what it is? Words.

3) Dependent vs. independent

x06lsf6wixc4xfyjszof
Girls love to portray themselves as delicate little damsels who are so weak that they cannot possibly use their fragile fingers to pay their tabs. They are the ones who’ll chug down free booze without a second thought. But a woman will never pounce on the next bottle. She is here for you, not your cash.

4) Capacity matters

c4fnv84tsabs2fsye62p
A girl will go wild at a bar almost every single time she is let lose. She’ll chug down all the booze as if her life depended on it and spin out of control. A woman, on the other hand, knows how to hold her liquor. This doesn’t mean that they don’t drink. They do. But they are always in control.

5) OTT PDA

woman-vs-girl-05
The first thing that a girl will do right after a guy asks her out is let the world know about it. The guy is right there (maybe on one knee if that’s your thing) waiting for you to say something, and your first instinct is to update your facebook status… girl!? A woman is too busy living her real life that she forgets about her virtual one.

6) Junk TV and a good read

woman-vs-girl-06
Not saying that women never watch TV. They do. But they know the difference between work of art and pop culture garbage. And from time to time, they love stuffing their noses in books and magazines, add to their pool of intellect. Women like to keep sharp, girls like to keep occupied.

7) Blabbering and talking are two different things

vhlh507fmvhm833a5cft
Girls are awful at holding meaningful conversations. Not really shocking, though, there is only so much junk TV can teach you. Women are beings of their own thoughts, ideas and opinions. They are well aware and sufficiently up-to-date. Girls are boring. Women are fascinating.

8) Eat to live or live to eat?

4tekil53567eqntgnghg
Girls will almost all the time order salads for themselves when they are out with their men just to show how health conscious they are. And they will almost all the time chow down everything he ordered for himself. Women, on the other hand, eat healthily because they respect their body. Let the big mac come!

9) Existing and living

gxu5oxhyyqvbgibdwgdh
Girls still believe that only a man can show them their way and make them realize their one true purpose of living. They waste away their entire life hoping to find that man. They don’t live. They just exist. Women are not so delusional. They do their best to see the world, experience it, meet new people, learn new things, create new memories, live their lives to the fullest.

10) Help!! Or help?

fdla29vq3kib2hrnvvwv
Girls like to sail along their lives, always looking for handouts. They trick themselves into believing that they are fragile creatures who need protection from the brutal world. Women know how to take care of themselves and people around them if the need arises. They know how to take charge.

Toxic People You Must Avoid- Positive Vibes

We all meet many people on daily basis. Meeting new people have now become essential for growth in every domain. But let’s not forget that meeting right kind of people is equally important. There are people who motivate you, inspire you and support you during the tough times of your life that helps you face any challenge in life. However, there are few bad apples who can act as a hindrance in your mental peace and harmony. Here are the list of people you need to block in your life:
  1. The one who is there with you only when they seek some benefit out of you.                                       benefit-seekers

Yes, these are the people who will behave completely opposite when they will be benefited by you and when they will find no use in staying with you. This can lead to a huge morale breakdown.
In order to test if the person is with you only for the sake of getting some benefit. Introduce him to a person from whom he can get more benefit. If he tries to befriend with him hampering your image, just leave that person.
2. The one who flatters you with your good sense of choice to borrow your stuff:                                  borrowers
This one is the most common one. Say a big No to the person who comes to you for anything. You let them borrow once, they will come over and over again. In fact, they won’t even ask for your permission the next time they would wish to borrow something.
3. The one who always forget their wallet at home:                                                                                          forget_wallet
Give them Rs.10 to take an auto and get their wallet. After all, we are not Bill Gates😛
4. The one who are jealous of you:                                                                                                                                jealousy
These are easy to identify since they will avoid you when you’ll succeed in life. These are the one’s who might not be happy during their achievements, but would definitely be found sad in times of your achievements.
5.  Free adviser
free_advisers
Certain people have a notion on everything. These notions are stored in their head so firmly that whenever there is any discussion about that particular thing, they’ll hardly listen to you and will start discussing about their perception and will focus on proving you wrong. Block them for lifetime.
